This 3mL bottle of lash lengthening wonder has really won me over. I wasn't born with long curly lashes which means I have to resort to my trusty Shu Uemura lash curler coupled with a volumizing/lengthening mascara to give me pretty, longer lashes.
I know gals who have used Latisse, a prescription lash-lengthening treatment and were left with excellent results. I actually considered using it, but the side effects (lid darkening, discoloration of the iris, etc) just didn't seem appealing to me so I decided to go with an over-the-counter alternative that had good reviews.
RapidLash is a serum that contains proteins and vitamins to help strengthen lashes and help them to appear longer. This serum is supposed to be applied to the base of the upper lashline before bedtime. I'm not very good with following instructions and I apply it when I remember it which is about every other day. I didn't think I would see results, if any for months. After about three weeks, I remember curling my lashes and thinking that my lashes seemed longer forgetting that I had been using RapidLash. It was only after applying my usual Maybelline Colossal Volum' waterproof mascara that I had to stop and think why my lashes seemed longer.
When curled and coated with waterproof mascara, the tips of my lashes barely cross my crease line. After using RapidLash for just three weeks, I noticed that the tips of my lashes weren't just grazing my lashline, they were definitely above my lash line. This may seem trivial, but a 1 millimeter difference is huge when trying to grow your lashes.
Bottom line: If you looking to grow longer lashes and don't want to break the bank or deal with adverse side effects, I highly suggest trying RapidLash. This serum retails for $49, but I found it on sale at Walgreens.com.

Thanks for visiting! Come back soon... wink-wink ;)

I have ALWAYS wanted to try a lash treatment ever since I was a lil kid (yes, I was painfully aware of my lack in the lash department early in my life), but I still haven't taken the plunge! I think RapidLash is available here, and I should really look into it. Would be GREAT if my lashes were longer and fuller ;)

I don't feel it thickens, only lengthens.
